Community Impact

Nearly 68% of formerly incarcerated individuals are rearrested within three years of release.

Individuals released without stable housing are 7 times more likely to reoffend.

Employment training and mentorship programs can reduce recidivism by up to 43%, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

New Chapter Academy is the solution.
We provide structure, shelter, skills, and mentorship to men coming out of incarceration, homelessness, or hardship—equipping them with what they need to become responsible, contributing members of society. We proudly partner with:

  • Local law enforcement, to ensure safe transitions and reduce repeat offenses.

  • Fire departments and first responders, who often encounter the men we serve during crises and emergencies.

  • Schools, churches, and community organizations, to offer mentorship, after-school support, and positive role models for all.
